Description:
Currently the command to launch cronie is "hard-coded" in /usr/lib/systemd/system/cronie.service
This command doesn't take into account any extra arguments set in /etc/conf.d/crond as it was the case with the previous init system.

Attached cronie.service file takes the arguments set in /etc/conf.d/crond into account when launching cronie
It is similar to the file set upstream http://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/cronie.git/tree/contrib/cronie.systemd

Additional info:
* cronie-1.4.9-2
