DetailsDescription:
Pidgin 2.10.6 fresh install, everything else is up to date. I am not using the testing repo. Various ui elements are missing. I don't notice this in any other app. I would mark this as low, priority, but it prevents me from selecting various options to use pidgin with my google app's gtalk, as well as other various accounts. I'm new to making bug reports, I don't have much go wrong that isn't due to my own fault. However, this is a fresh install of pidgin, I haven't even begun to mess with it. If you need anything else from me, let me know. Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. hal_j@oa ~/bin % pacman -Qs pidgin local/guifications 2.16-3 A set of GUI popup notifications for pidgin local/libpurple 2.10.6-4 IM library extracted from Pidgin local/pidgin 2.10.6-4 Multi-protocol instant messaging client local/pidgin-encryption 3.1-2 A Pidgin plugin providing transparent RSA encryption using NSS local/pidgin-hotkeys 0.2.4-2 A Pidgin plugin that allows you to define global hotkeys. local/pidgin-kwallet 1.1.0-2 KWallet plugin for Pidgin local/pidgin-libnotify 0.14-6 pidgin plugin that enables popups when someone logs in or messages you. local/pidgin-lwqq 0.1b-1 A pidgin plugin based on lwqq, a excellent safe useful library for webqq protocol local/pidgin-otr 4.0.0-1 Off-the-Record Messaging plugin for Pidgin. local/pidgin-talkfilters 2.7.0-1 Implements GNU Talkfilters in pidgin chats local/pidgin-toobars 1.14-1 Pidgin plugin that adds a toolbar and status bar to the buddy list hal_j@oa ~/bin % pacman -Ss pidgin extra/libpurple 2.10.6-4 [installed] IM library extracted from Pidgin extra/pidgin 2.10.6-4 [installed] Multi-protocol instant messaging client extra/pidgin-encryption 3.1-2 [installed] A Pidgin plugin providing transparent RSA encryption using NSS extra/telepathy-haze 0.6.0-2 (telepathy) A telepathy-backend to use libpurple (Pidgin) protocols. community/guifications 2.16-3 [installed] A set of GUI popup notifications for pidgin community/pidgin-gfire 0.9.4-4 Gfire is an Plugin for the Pidgin IM client which allows you to connect the Xfire network. community/pidgin-hotkeys 0.2.4-2 [installed] A Pidgin plugin that allows you to define global hotkeys. community/pidgin-kwallet 1.1.0-2 [installed] KWallet plugin for Pidgin community/pidgin-libnotify 0.14-6 [installed] pidgin plugin that enables popups when someone logs in or messages you. community/pidgin-lwqq 0.1b-1 [installed] A pidgin plugin based on lwqq, a excellent safe useful library for webqq protocol community/pidgin-otr 4.0.0-1 [installed] Off-the-Record Messaging plugin for Pidgin. community/pidgin-talkfilters 2.7.0-1 [installed] Implements GNU Talkfilters in pidgin chats community/pidgin-toobars 1.14-1 [installed] Pidgin plugin that adds a toolbar and status bar to the buddy list |
