Description: in audacity release 2.0.3 better and faster resampling functionality was introduced as default (libsoxr), please use libsoxr library instead of libsamplerate

Your PKGBUILD doesn't list soxr as a dependency for which there is no build script even in the AUR.
Just for https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libsoxr-git/

audacity has a bundled soxr so no need for a libsoxr package.

I had tested this PKGBUILD successfully for my system. There is a significant speedup for resampling audio and no problems with the modified package.
