Description:
Netbeans depends on giflib (libungif) which is not included as a dependency in the official repo.

Additional info:
* Netbeans version 7.2.1-1
* giflib (libungif)


Steps to reproduce:
* Install Netbeans (if giflib has not already been installed separately it will not be installed)
* Netbeans will only launch the first time after install. Subsequent launches will result in error (see CLI for exceptions etc)

Temporary work-around:
* Install giflib separately: sudo pacman -S giflib
