Description:

Using chromium 24.0.1312.52-1; with pepper flash (tried regular flashplugin from extra as well).

Steps to reproduce:
Open Chromium -> log into google play -> try to play a movie (not a preview, an actual movie). The playback is stuck as 00:00:00.

Not a Chromium issue; it's caused by Flash requiring HAL in order to play DRM content on Linux.
