Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: Try to use mouse wheel in opened pages of Chromium. Scrolling does not work. But it works in setting tab chrome://settings and other not external pages tabs. Broke after upgrade to current version, previous version works fine. |

I think you should suspect your extensions before chromium itself.

Yeap, problem was in MinimumSmoothScroll extension ( Closing task.
