It looks like it's not enough to move the binary. scp-dbus-service
is just a wrapper to
/usr/share/system-config-printer/scp-dbus-service.py, which in
turn depends on almost every other python module in
/usr/share/system-config-printer/. Since this adds many new
dependencies to s-c-p-common (including pygtk) and print-manager
works fine without it (it just lacks support for autodetecting
drivers) this should be made only an optional dependency of
kdeutils-print-manager IMO
