Description:

/etc/conf.d/x11vnc file is completely ignored.

Just need to change 2 lines in /usr/lib/systemd/system/x11vnc.service :

[Service]
EnvironmentFile=/etc/conf.d/x11vnc
ExecStart=/usr/bin/x11vnc $X11VNC_ARGS
