DetailsCONFIG_DYNAMIC_DEBUG linux kernel option is disabled in core and testing kernels. Enabling it has negligible performance overhead ( http://kernel.org/doc/ols/2009/ols2009-pages-39-46.pdf ) and would be useful sometimes (I had an issue https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1215212 and rebuilt kernel to enable it)
