Details
Description:
The rEFInd binary should be called refind_x64.efi or refind_ia32.efi, not refindx64.efi or refindia32.efi, as in the 0.5.0 package. This is not critical for version 0.5.0; however, later versions' support scripts (install.sh and especially mvrefind.sh in 0.6.3 and later) assume that the rEFInd binary will be called refind_x64.efi or refind_ia32.efi. These scripts become useless when the binaries are renamed. A tip for the package maintainer: Versions 0.6.2 and later include an RPM .spec file that might be useful in helping you decide how to lay out files. Additional info: * package version: 0.5.0 Steps to reproduce: 1. Install package. 2. Check filenames of binaries. |
