Description:
The laptop-mode.service scatters its information all over tty1 when booting. It's neither useful there, nor will there be enough to read that information anyways.
The output should be logged to the journal instead. I recommend using the following in the service file:

StandardOutput=syslog
StandardError=syslog

or:

StandardOutput=journal
StandardError=journal

Leaving it out completely will possibly also do.

Additional info:
* laptop-mode-tools 1.62-2

Steps to reproduce:
Boot with enabled laptop-mode.service

Meh, if people can still use syslog, so i would make it configurable.

It does not make a difference if I use StandardOutput=journal and StandardError=journal in the service file. Some messages from LMT are still displayed on tty1 between the systemd [ ok ] messages. Passing kernel parameter "quiet" disables the systemd messages but the LMT messages are still there.

I get the same messages with StandardOutput=syslog and StandardError=syslog.

Since the systemd unit file come from the upstream code:
https://github.com/rickysarraf/laptop-mode-tools/blob/lmt-upstream/etc/systemd/laptop-mode.service

You should ask upstream to make changes by opening an issue in the upstream bug tracker:
https://github.com/rickysarraf/laptop-mode-tools/issues

Or customize it yourself:
