Detailscheck_package() is called after we call tidy_package which, in particular, means that we check for references to $srcdir and $pkgdir after manpages are compressed. Any references that were inserted into manpages during the build will be missed.
There might be other consequences of this, but I happened to notice this when writing up a patch for Should be an easy fix. |
