Description:
cmus now has an opus input plugin. It requires cmus to be built
with libopusfile (currently in AUR [1]) and libopus. Can we move
the opusfile package into community or extra? It's similarly
important to get the opus-tools (currently in AUR [2]) package
imported to have the tools for working with opus files.

And moved opus-tools. I'll backport opus support on the weekend.
