We usually build with vanilla default flags until we have a good reason to do not so.

--enable-xkb Build XCB XKB Extension (default: "no")

What do you need it for?

XInput is also disabled by default, yet the PKGBUILD enables it.

I'm writing an hotkey daemon and I'd like to activate the reasonable behavior for key repeats events: only send key press events.
