Confirm, tcl fails to upgrade here
tcl: /usr/share/man/mann/sqlite3.n.gz exists in filesystem

#pacman -Qo /usr/share/man/mann/sqlite3.n.gz
/usr/share/man/mann/sqlite3.n.gz is owned by sqlite-tcl 3.7.15.1-1

Apologies for the duplicate report. In my defense, I did search for tcl and sqlite in the bug reports, but came up with nothing. Awesome start to my bug reporting career!

On another note, great to see you here Saedelaere. Does v. 8.6 mean we've gone past the regressions in tcl affecting tv-viewer?

Edit: The fix worked for me, installed tcl/tk versions 8.6.0-3 and 8.6.0-1 respectively. Thanks for the quick action.
