DetailsDescription:
Cannot log in at all with kernel 3.6.10-1 and an ATI 6950 - system freezes before any login prompts. This happens just before I usually get my login prompts. with graphical.target: I get a flashing or somtimes static blue screen (the blue from lxdm I think) with multi-user.target I get a blank black screen. This happens with or without the driver, I have tried removing X, remving xf86-video-ati, reinstalling kernel, re-running mkinitcpio, same problem. Additional info: * package version(s) kernel - 3.6.10-1 * config and/or log files etc. kernel 3.6.9 works, lts kernel works Steps to reproduce: boot kernel 3.6.10-1 and an ATI 6950 |
