Description:
mailto: and magnet: links have stopped working properly in exo 0.10 (the last working version was 0.8).

For magnet links, the problem is that it recognizes "magnet://", but not "magnet:" (which is the proper form).

"mailto:" works if you don't escape any characters, but url-escaped characters break it (eg: mailto:user%40host.com). This is problematic since chromium automatically escapes things sometimes.

Steps to reproduce:
exo-open magnet:?xt=urn:btih:874bfa99ccfbe9cc5ecaa9ebab385d4dc61ea078
exo-open mailto:user%40host.com

Whoops, the title should read "exo 0.10" not "exo 1.0"
