Description:
current packaging for the ssh/telnet/serial connection manager "putty" does not have either a .desktop file, nor icons


The Fix:
Include icons <s>stolen</s> borrowed from the ubuntu package, and write a .desktop file

Attached are the icons, and a .desktop file that works. please repackage these upstream.
