DetailsDescription:
OpenVPN uses UTC instead of localtime for timestamps within the --status file. The same is true for environment variables passed to --connect and --disconnect scripts. However, if I manually restart openvpn using "systemctl restart openvpn@server.service", localtime is being used correctly. I'm using no chroot jails. Everything has been installed as suggested on the Arch Wiki. Additional info: * Version: OpenVPN 2.2.2 x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu [SSL] [LZO2] [EPOLL] [eurephia] built on Aug 18 2012 |

This bug has been resolved upstream as of 2.3.0 and this ticket can be closed.
