Details

Description:
OpenVPN uses UTC instead of localtime for timestamps within the --status file. The same is true for environment variables passed to --connect and --disconnect scripts.

However, if I manually restart openvpn using "systemctl restart openvpn@server.service", localtime is being used correctly.

I'm using no chroot jails. Everything has been installed as suggested on the Arch Wiki.
