Just noticed that the URL for python2-certifi currently points to http://pypi.python.org/pypi//0.0.8

The solution seems to be as easy as replacing ${_pkgname} with ${_libname} on this line:

url="http://pypi.python.org/pypi/${_pkgname}/${pkgver}"

A cleaner solution would be to get rid of _libname completely and hard code it. The project name is not likely to change.
