Hi you all,
I'd like to localize my computer in Esperanto (eo) language but no eo_XX (eo or eo_US) found in locale.conf
I can't find a guide to create my own locale so I need some help from a developer.

Assigned to the maintainer of glibc. You may also consider asking on https://bbs.archlinux.org, as others may have had success in using Esperanto on Arch Linux.
