The default bluez package fails to tether with a mobile phone (e.g. iPhone, Galaxy Nexus). Steps to reproduce: 1)Pair Smartphone (e.g., iPhone, Galaxy Nexus) and enable PAN on the last screen. 2)Attempt to start connection through NetworkManager.
