DetailsWhen trying to load snd-usb-audio modprobe fails with the following error:
[root@mycomputer]# modprobe snd-usb-audio FATAL: Error inserting snd_usb_audio (/lib/modules/2.6.13-ARCH/kernel/sound/usb/snd-usb-audio.ko): Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg) dmesg dropps the following messages: [root@mycomputer]# dmesg <---cut---> snd_usb_audio: Unknown symbol __compound_literal.127 <---cut---> snd-usb-audio is used to activate a M-Audio MidiSport4x4 usb midiinterface and worked fine until the last update. |
