Description:

When trying to use pacman -S base -r ./myfolder i get the error message:

error: failed to initialize alpm library (could not find or read directory)

pacman --version gives: Pacman v4.0.3 - libalpm v7.0.3

Steps to reproduce:

pacman -S base -r ./myfolder

Not a bug. You need to create the database path yourself. Yes, I know the error message sucks.
