This bug has already been reported here http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=668109
But according to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=668109#87, there won't be any bugfix release. Would it be possible to apply the patch (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=680252#c15) to the Arch Linux package ?

Additional comments about closing:  Rhythmbox (2.99) now uses the latest version of gstreamer where this issue has been fixed.

Version 0.10.35-1 is actually the one that works. The 0.10.36-1 is the one to patch.
