Details

Description:
the aforementioned service fails on every boot, sometimes keeping the system from starting.

Additional info:

Unfortunately, there is no log from the service, so I am just attaching the systemd status output and the journalctl log for the current boot (which shows the failure, at least)

Look at the journal output for the PID that systemd-load-modules ran under, e.g.

journalctl -b _PID=133

This is always a configuration issue and not an actual bug.
