Summary and Info:

If the only package that owns a directory is being updated and the new version has different directory permissions compared with the old version, it should be fine to change the permissions.

e.g.

warning: directory permissions differ on var/log/hp/tmp/
filesystem: 1774 package: 1777

> pacman -Qo /var/log/hp/tmp
/var/log/hp/tmp is owned by hplip 3.12.11-1
