DetailsDescription:
My HTPC case has an integrated imon-pad ir-receiver which I use with an mce remote. I have made my own keymap file (mapping the keys for XBMC) and placed it in /etc/rc_keymaps. And in /etc/rc_maps.cfg I have specified this file for use with the imon-pad. On every package update the /etc/rc_maps.cfg file gets replaced and I have to redo the configuration. Shouldn't this file be marked for backup in the package? Seeing how it is a config file placed in /etc I would say that it should. Additional info: Currently at version 0.8.9-1 Steps to reproduce: Make changes to rc_maps.cfg Upgrade/reinstall the package. Watch the changes disappear. |
