It seems that in Arch there are no internationalization
packages for k3b, and I didn't find any in the AUR. Is it
possible to make them avilaible in the repositories? It
would be awesome to have it in my native language.

Localization files for applications are usually included in the
packages (with a few exceptions like firefox, libreoffice, or KDE
SC where the localization comes in a different tarball). If k3b is
not translated is because upstream doesn't include localization
for it (probably because nobody has translated it)
