FS#3285 - filesystem 0.7-7: old /root/.bashrc and .bash_profile lost

DetailsWhen upgrading to 0.7-7, my /root/.bashrc and /root/.bash_profile where replaced with the ones in /etc/skel and the old ones where lost.
The files are set as "backup" in the package, but as the new version of the package does not contain the files, old ones are just kept without renaming. Then, post_install copies the files from /etc/skel over the ones in /root . |

Additional comments about closing: This is fixed in 0.7-8. It will only copy in the .bashrc/profile if they don't already exist.
