On some configurations, editing mode results in black bars appearing inbetween the staves, following cursor, as documented in this Fedora bugreport: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=827746

Attached is Fedora patch from https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=3571052&group_id=155855&atid=797448 adapted to this package's build setup in Arch. I've applied it and tested, and I can confirm that it solves the issue.
