telepathy-logger-qt package only includes headers and a static library, so it is obviously not necessary in run-time.
Please move it to makedepends.

telepathy-logger-qt-0.5.1-1 does NOT contain libtelepathy-logger-qt4.so.1, or any shared library. So the error message you posted is not possible. Maybe you have telepathy-logger-qt compiled with different options as it is in extra repo?

I'm using ktp-git here and I thought 0.5 was the same.

Seems that they enable shared only for master, not for the release.

Ok, I'll remove it as deps then.

well...text-ui links to telepathy-logger and qt-gstreamer...I see no real gain here in removing logger-qt as deps.
