Description:
after update to 310.19 fps was decreased.
playing urban terror: 127 fps with 304.64 and 61 fps with 310.19

maybe it occurs on both architectures

Additional comments about closing:  Since 302.07 SyncToVBlank is set to 1, disable it if you do not want. Report to upstream if you are talking about SyncToVBlank=0 when doing comparision.
