After installing MySQL pacman outputs: > You can test the MySQL daemon with mysql-test-run.pl > cd /usr/mysql-test ; perl mysql-test-run.pl However, /usr/mysql-test/mysql-test-run.pl is not available. Additional info: * mysql 5.5.28-1 |

I'm fine with that, but shouldn't that message be removed, then?
Now it's confusing.
Yes you're right, but that message is shown by the mysql installer
(/usr/bin/mysql_install_db)
