DetailsI am trying to switch from gnome to MATE desktop. One problem with using ubuntu one is that ubuntu-sso-client depends on gnome-polkit. Is it possible to alternatively allow mate-polkit, which should do much the same job, as a dependency?

Then ask the maintainer of mate-polkit to add line "provides=('gnome-polkit')" to its PKGBUILD. ("conflicts=('gnome-polkit')" may also required.)

Okay, I'll do that. By the way, sorry for mixing up things, I meant gnome-keyring and not gnome-polkit!
