I'd like to revert what was done in  FS#22950  -- we now have proper support for /usr on a separate partition, so users who aren't mounting it from early userspace should be in unsupported territory.

Additionally, because we no longer compile our kernel with lzma compression (since things like Xen can't read the image, and it's significantly slower to unpack), I think we should pass --without-lzma in the compile flags. This cuts back on a "new" runtime dependency, and generally shrinks the real estate needed for kexec in the initramfs.
