Description: Commit 8e9bfe11 [1] on kdelibs introduced a regression which causes konqueror's "save as" dialog to incorrectly point to / instead of somewhere in the user's home directory. In addition, it fails to remember the last used location when the dialog is used again. This is fixed by commit 793e2a69 [2] so you may want to patch kdelibs including the fix.

Steps to reproduce: Update to kde 4.9.3, open konqueror in e.g https://www.archlinux.org/art/ , and use "save link as..." on one of the links in that page.
