DetailsDescription: python-scipy 0.11.0-3 has been fixed for Python 3 by commit https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/commit/trunk?h=packages/python-scipy&id=041cf3e6d90db05fdd65e262571fc9798adda44b but that commit also disables building for Python 2, so python2-scipy is now empty (except for its license).

Applying the very simple attached patch resolves the problem.
