Detailssmbd supports inetd mode socket activation (one process per connection). This can be useful for systems where incoming SMB connections are relatively uncommon.

I'd say remove the ListenStream=139 line. Otherwise you get lots of log spam from Windows computers connecting to both ports at once, then resetting the 139 connection once 445 responds. The caveat to doing this is that pre-Windows 2000 machines will be unable to connect.
