Testdisk needs to be recompiled to work with (at least) ext4 formatted partitions, otherwise when trying to list the files it will fail with the following message: "Can't open filesystem. Filesystem seems damaged."

Additional info:
testdisk 6.13-2

Steps to reproduce:
As root do:
testdisk /dev/sda1 (use any ext4 formatted partition)then select Proceed -> None -> Advanced -> List
"Can't open filesystem. Filesystem seems damaged." will be shown instead of the listing of files in the partition.
