error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
libfm: /usr/include/libfm exists in filesystem

/usr/include/libfm became symlink to /usr/include/libfm-1.0/ -- that's why pacman complains.
I made temporary fix in PKGBUILD, but someday manual intervention will be required. (Or not, if someone will implement pre_{install,upgrade,remove} in pacman.)
