DetailsAPEL upstream seems to have dissapeared:
http://www.kanji.zinbun.kyoto-u.ac.jp/~tomo/elisp/APEL/ and APEL doesnt work with recent emacs versions. Some of APEL's files are now part of Emacs and Gnus but im not exactly sure to which extend. There is a fork on github which supports recent emacs versions: https://github.com/jeffgran/APEL |
