Steps to reproduce:
In a GTK2 or GTK3 program, place the text "y̌" in a textarea (i.e., "y" followed by "C-S-u 30C").
GTK2 version: 2.24.13-1
GTK3 version: 3.6.1-1

The character appears as a regular y followed by a dotted circle with the diacritic above. It should appear like a single character, y with the diacritic above.

This doesn't occur in entry widgets, only text areas. The output of pango-view is also well-behaved.

It looks like this is fixed with harfbuzz 0.9.5; it was present with harfbuzz 0.9.4 only.
