DetailsThe attached patch adds the ability to install only the dependencies of packages, but not the packages themselves. This is handy if you want to install the package itself from a local package (with pacman -A).

Yeah, this is -Se but it seems to be broken atm
pacman-2.9.7-dependsonly.diff
