Description:
The version of valgrind in the extra-repo for x86_64 is built with --enable-only64bit. This unneccessarily limits its usage.
Editing the PKGBUILD and removing this flag builds a version that can debug 32-bit binaries as well as 64-bit ones.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 3.8.1-1

Steps to reproduce:
Install valgrind on an x86_64 system
Try to debug a 32-bit executable
