Reason for closing:  Upstream

I see the same problem with version 1:0.16.5-1 when using deluge. The downloads from openbittorrent.com won't start.

Downgrading to version 1:0.16.3-1 fixed the problem.

you should report this upstream to libtorrent-rasterbar instead of here.

Not sure where to report this upstream (libtorrent-rasterbar or deluge) or if it's even necessary since:

1) The "client_test" of libtorrent-rasterbar works with both version (same magnet that won't start with deluge).

2) Swiching deluge to deluge-git in AUR (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=35652) also works with the latest version of libtorrent-rasterbar, this even fix some bugs I was having with moving and renaming storage.
