The Emacs build script uses the non defined $_majorver in order to fix some permissions on files and directories.

It also needs emacs-gnutls and ert in the install file INFO_FILES

Also this is no longer needed:
# fix all the 777 perms on directories
find "$pkgdir"/usr/share/emacs/$_majorver -type d -exec chmod 755 {} \;
