syslog-ng does not work, because it can not find the folder /run/systemd/journal

Solution:

Edit /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/systemd.conf and add line;

d /run/systemd/journal 0755 root root -

Reboot,
syslog-ng work again.

This is already created, assuming you're actually booting with systemd... if you aren't, you need to change the config to point at /dev/log.

Previous version syslog-ng.conf (3.3.6-1) pointed /dev/log. This version (3.3.6-2) pointed /run/systemd/journal/syslog.
Perhaps it would be useful in a pacnew file.
