Description:
Settings/Options menu not accessible from contacts list (view, favorites, etc. not displayed) in Empathy.

Additional info:
* package version: 3.6.0.2-1
* This could be related to all architectures but being unreported I figure there's a chance it's the x86_64 (probably not)
* config and/or log files etc (pretty sure I'm missing a config file somewhere and I don't think these pertain at all but here they are for good measure)
