DetailsDescription: I have noticed that v4l-utils includes qv4l2 after discovering the 'QT V4L2 test Utility' in my applications menu. Would you consider splitting qv4l2 into a separate package? I imagine that (like myself) the majority of users have v4l-utils solely because it provides libv4l, which is a dependency of the ubiquitous ffmpeg. It's just not very Archy to provide a superfluous GUI app along with a library. Thanks for your time and consideration!

If you dont want to use the qt test utility dont use it. BTW splitting packages like you suggest is "Debiany" not "Archy".
